Following the success of its Liquid handheld, Acer follows up with another interesting Google Android powered smartphone, the beTouch E110.

As the name suggests, the E110 is a touchscreen device, but unlike its popular predecessor, this is an entry-level phone. Still, the Korean manufacturer has equipped it with everything it needs to suit user needs.

The Acer beTouch E110 is equipped with a 416MHz Qualcomm 7227 processor and runs on 512 Mb ROM and 256 Mb RAM that assure every task is handled seamlessly. It features a 3.2 megapixel camera and an impressive 2.8 inch display. Running Android 1.5, the Acer beTouch E110 can be used, among other things, as a navigation device, thanks to the built-in GPS module.

Its elegant design, impressive features and entry-level price are sure to make the Acer beTouch E110 very popular, when it comes out in March 2010. The one big downside of this handheld is the absence of WIFI connectivity.
