Nokia is now working at the luxury edition of N97 Mini, the Nokia N97 Mini Gold Edition. What makes the luxury edition different than the previous is the 18-carat gold finish and nothing more.

Under the “hood”, the Gold Edition has the same specification as the regular version : 3.2-inch touch screen with 360 x 640 resolution, slide-out QWERTY keyboard, 8GB internal memory, microSD card slot, 128MB RAM, 5MP camera with autofocus, Carl Zeiss optics, dual LED flash and Geo-tagging.

Also, the Nokia N97 Mini Gold Edition features Wi-Fi and 3G HSDPA connectivity while the battery life is somewhere around 320 hours in stand-by mode and up to 7 hours of talk time. The Nokia N97 Mini Gold Edition will be available in Europe, Africa, Asia, and Middle East from the beginning of Q2 2010 at a price of $850.
