Samsung’s brand new TL500 is a possible competitor of Canon Powershot S90 which was unveiled in October last year. The TL500 features a 1/1.7″ CCD sensor and a 24mm Schneider f/1.8 lens with 3x optical zoom that is capable of shooting RAW. This feature, which is typical to DSLR lenses, is perfect for those who prefer shooting in low-light conditions. The device has a 10MP camera with Dual Image Stabilization ( optical and digital), Samsung’s Smart Auto 2.0 (Still & Movie) and a 24mm Ultra-Wide-Angle Lens. The TL500 also has a 3″ Swiveling AMOLED display which offers you the possibility to view your stills from any position. The Samsung TL500 will go on sale this spring for $449.
