The Nokia E72 Goes White And Gets A Firmware Update

Nokia e72 White

The Nokia E72 handset has received a new firmware update and is the latest handset, after the Nokia N97 and X6, to become available in white.

Probably the main competitor of the BlackBerry businessphone, the white edition of the E72 comes with lots of accessories such as an equally pristine Nokia BH-216 bluetooth headset and Nokia C-313 jeweller.

The phone’s features are impressive, it comes with a 2.36 inches TFT display with 320 x 240 resolution, a full QWERTY keyboard and five-way scroll key. Since it’s a businessphone, you’ll have unlimited phonebook entries and fields. The internal memory is only 250 MB, but the microSD card slot allows you to extend it up to 16GB.

The primary camera has a 5 megapixel lens with a resolution of 2592 x 1944 pixels and features autofocus and LED flash. The phone also has a secondary videocall camera.

Other features include Bluetooth 2.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g, 3G, integrated AGPS, Google Talk, Yahoo Messenger, Ovi and the phone’s also available in Zodium Black, Metal Grey, Topaz Brown and Amethyst Purple.

After we’ve seen what the Nokia E72 has to offer, we can say that it’s the best Symbian based business oriented smartphone out there.
