Featuring an impressive design and even more impressive specifications, the Origin Eon18 gaming laptop plans to give competitors, like Alienware, a run for their money.
If the Origin name doesn’t ring any bells, you should know it’s a company founded six years ago by six former Alienware executives. When Dell took over the company they decided to leave and start their own company, where they could design the same gaming systems Alienware used to.
Their newest creation, the Eon 18 gaming laptop features a full HD resolution 18.4 widescreen display, dual NVIDIA GeForce GTX 280M GPUs and an Intel Core i7 processor. It allegedly handles high-quality gaming animations beautifuly, but it also eats through the battery in less than 45 minutes, so I’d make sure there’s a power outlet nearby, before starting a gaming session.
The Origin Eon18 gaming laptop will be available soon, for a starting price of $2,070. Full specs and features after the jump.
