Become a Virtual Flyer with Wings for Wii

The Nintendo Wii has had its share of wacky accessories but the soon to be launched wings for Wii are plain crazy.

I have to say I’m not the biggest fan of Nintendo’s wonder console and this latest gadget doesn’t improve things at all. Apparently, the new Wii Fit Plus update includes a new game, called Bird’s-Eye Bull’s-Eye, where you have to flap your arms as fast as possible, while keeping your balance on the balance board, in order to guide a chicken to a series of targets, to collect points.

Now that’s embarrassing enough, unless you’re a toddler, but the guys at CDA Digital thought they’d make things better if they launched a pair of strap-on nylon wings to “add a sensation that you will not be mimicking a flying chicken with your hands alone.” Oh yeah, great thinking guys.

Nintendo Launches Wii Classic Controller Pro

In case you weren’t satisfied with the original Wii Classic Contrtoller, Nintendo just launched an enhanced version,called the Classic Controller Pro.

The “Pro” in the title means a second row of shoulder buttons, and a more ergonomical shape that Nintendo says will enhance gaming experience. The Wii Classic Controller Pro plugs directly into the Wiimote, thus connecting wirelessly to the console.

Razer and Sixsens are bringing New Gaming Experience to You

Razer Sixsens Advanced Motion Gaming Controller

Razer and Sixsense agreed to create a new motion gaming controller for PCs which has been designed to give users full control on movement or weapons with accurate precision. The controller acts like a Wii remote but you will have one in each hand and you will discover a new level of gaming experience.

The controller works with some demos and Valve’s Left 4 Dead 2 for the moment, but until the official lunch on the marketĀ  it will be compatible with lots of games. The new motion gaming controller is expected to go on sale later this year.

Nintendo Wii Supreme – Smothered in Gold and Diamonds

You first had the gold plated PS3 and the Nokia 6700 Classic Gold Edition,now here’s the big one : Ninetndo Wii Supreme, covered in 2.500 grams of 22kt gold and its front buttons made of 78 Flowless diamonds. Only three Nintendo Wii Supreme will be made and they will sell for about $483.000 each.
